We do not build tools. We build relief.
LOADLESS exists for one kind of person: the one carrying the whole business in their head.
Most business software hands you more to look at: dashboards, reports, notifications. Each one is reasonable on its own. Together they become a second job. The cost isn't the subscription. It's the attention.
That constant remembering — which payment is late, which heater is about to die, which quote never came back — is cognitive load. LOADLESS is built to take it off you. It reads what your business already records, sorts every item by who has to carry it, prepares the work, and tells you only what genuinely needs your judgment.
Why pool service
Pool companies are run by experts in water chemistry and equipment, not in managing software. The route is hard, honest work. What wears owners down is the second shift after it. That's a specific, nameable problem, and it deserves software built for it, not a generic business bot.
How we build
- Relief has to be real. The Load Score is built only from counts of real items. Your account never shows made-up numbers.
- The owner decides. Always. Anything touching a customer, a commitment or money waits for you.
- Say what isn't built. If it's planned, we label it planned. If it isn't connected, we say so.
- Eliminate, automate, simplify. In that order.
Who's behind it
LOADLESS is founded by Matthew Nolan, who also builds ClarityOS, LOADLESS's daily system for ADHD brains. He builds for people who carry too much in their heads because he is one. During early access, he onboards every pool company personally.
Put the load down.
The goal isn't more software. It's less work sitting in your head after the route.
