What we collect on this website

• Early-access requests. Your name, company, email, optional phone, number of pools, technicians, current route software and anything you write in the form. We use it only to contact you about LOADLESS.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 measures page views and events such as button clicks, calculator use and form submissions. It loads after you interact with the page or after a few seconds, and it sets cookies. It receives your IP address and browser details.
• Preferences. Your Day/Night choice is stored in your browser only.
• Calculators. Numbers you enter into the calculators stay in your browser (and in the page address if you copy a result link). They are not sent to us.

Where it is stored

Early-access requests are stored in the LOADLESS database on Supabase (managed PostgreSQL with row-level security). This website is served by Cloudflare Pages. Analytics data is processed by Google.

What we never do

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your choices

To get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email liveloadless@gmail.com. We act on deletion requests within 30 days. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site.
