Every review answered, without writing every reply from scratch.
The 3-star review shouldn't sit there for a month because you were on a route. LOADLESS keeps the review log, reads the sentiment and drafts the reply. You post it.
What LOADLESS does today
- Logs reviews in the Marketing department's Google Reviews panel. You add them by hand today.
- Reads the sentiment so the angry ones don't hide among the five-stars.
- Drafts a reply you copy into Google yourself.
How pool companies should answer reviews
The reply is for the next customer reading it as much as the one who wrote it. A few rules that hold up:
5 stars
Thank them by name, mention one specific thing ("Rosa will be glad you noticed the tile"), and stop. Two sentences.
3 stars
These are the most valuable reviews to answer. Acknowledge the specific problem, say what changed, and invite them to call you directly. "You're right that we missed the Tuesday visit twice in July. We've moved your stop to Rosa's route. Call me at the office if anything's off."
1 star
Never argue chemistry in public. One calm, factual line, then take it offline with a name and a number. If it's not your customer, say so politely and once.
Timing
Within a couple of days. A reply three weeks later reads like nobody's home.
Put the load down.
The goal isn't more software. It's less work sitting in your head after the route.
