How much admin is your pool business running on?
Six inputs. An estimate of your weekly admin load, what that owner time is worth, and the share LOADLESS could carry today. Copy the link to share your exact result.
— Lower is better.
- Admin load0 hrs / week
- Admin per pool—
- Hours LOADLESS could carry0 hrs / week
- Owner time value, per year$0
An estimate from your inputs, not a promise. In the app, your real Load Score is built only from counts of real items in your account.
How this estimate works
Admin load is your other office hours, plus customer calls and texts at 4 minutes each, plus repair quotes at 35 minutes each (build, send, chase), plus 1.5 minutes per pool per week spent remembering what each pool needs.
The hours LOADLESS could carry apply a share to each part, based on what the product does today:
| Part of the load | Share LOADLESS could carry | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Other office hours | 30% | It checks payments, visits, equipment and stock for you and prepares the follow-up. |
| Calls and texts | 10% | It sends no texts today. It only shortens the lookup. |
| Repair quotes | 45% | Quotes at your labor rate, PDF, approve-on-phone link, follow-up proposals. |
| Remembering pools | 70% | Water tests, equipment ages and missed visits are read on every pass. |
The estimated Operational Load score is admin hours relative to 30 hours a week (which scores 100), using the same bands as the app: Loadless, Optimized, Elevated, Overloaded, Critical. Owner time value is hours carried × your hourly value × 50 weeks.
Questions
Is this the same as the Load Score in the app?
No. This calculator estimates from your inputs. The Load Score inside LOADLESS is built only from counts of real items in your account: decisions waiting, invisible work, decision debt and what LOADLESS is not yet carrying.
Why are communication savings so low?
Because LOADLESS does not send texts today. It can shorten the lookup ("where are we with this pool?"), but the reply is still yours. We would rather under-promise.
Can I share or print my result?
Yes. The page URL updates as you move the sliders, so "Copy result link" shares your exact numbers. Print gives a clean one-page version.
Put the load down.
The goal isn't more software. It's less work sitting in your head after the route.
