Security and control facts
Four escalation tiers
Customer relationships, commitments and money wait for you. Tier 3 proposals do nothing until approved; Tier 4 stops entirely.
Pause automation
Type PAUSE and every background check stops. A banner stays on every screen until you resume. Pausing and resuming are logged.
Activity log
Approvals, denials and anything run automatically are written down, with an "Auto:" prefix when LOADLESS acted.
Row-level security
Records live in PostgreSQL (Supabase) with row-level security on every table, so each user reaches only their own company's records.
Sign-in and roles
Email and password sign-in over encrypted connections. Owners have the owner role; staff join by invite links that expire after 7 days.
Export everything
Every table downloads as CSV from Settings. The public demo never touches live data.
What the AI can and cannot do
- It can read your company's records, sort items, prepare proposals, explain its reasoning and answer questions from your data.
- It cannot text your customers, post to Google, move money, place supplier orders or sync your books. Those connections don't exist today.
- It does not invent numbers. Recommendations come from fixed rules over real rows. Replies are labelled "From your data" or "AI-assisted" so you always know how one was produced.
- It does not run on its own by default beyond reading and sorting. Bulk auto-execute only covers Low-risk proposals, is off by default, and stops when automation is paused.
What stays on your device
Your Day/Night choice, sidebar and notification preferences, automation settings, the pause state and your Load Score history are kept in the browser you set them on.
What we don't claim
LOADLESS does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or any other certification, and we won't describe it as "bank-level". If your business needs one of those, ask us where it stands before you sign up.
