Pool Expert

Generic AI knows business. LOADLESS knows pool service.

Enter the numbers and LOADLESS tells you what to do, with no charts to interpret. It knows what a 57-month-old heater means, why CYA changes your LSI, and when a pool is about to turn.

Water Test

Three risks, read from one test.

Every test returns algae, scaling and corrosion risk, each Low, Elevated (50–69) or High (70+), with one line on why. "Low pH and alkalinity eat heaters, pump seals and plaster." Then a numbered dose plan for the next service.

Equipment

Know before it fails.

LOADLESS ages every piece of equipment from its install date. At the watch-from age it goes on Watch; six months past, it becomes Your decision: raise a planned replacement now, or after the season.

Error codes

Plain-language meaning, first checks

Type "no flow", "priming" or "inspect cell". Covers common Hayward AquaRite, Pentair IntelliChlor and IntelliFlo messages and heater no-heat faults.

Inspections

VGB and safety, on the checklist

Water chemistry, circulation, sanitation & heating, surface & structure, and safety, including VGB drain covers and the gate latch.

Opportunities

Service your routes may be missing

Filter pressure 9 psi over baseline: filter clean. Scale at the waterline: acid wash. Chlorine-tab pool: salt candidate.

Pool Expert questions

How accurate are the doses?

They are estimates for typical product strengths: liquid chlorine 12.5%, muriatic acid 31.45%, soda ash, baking soda, calcium chloride 77%, stabilizer and pool salt. Add in stages, circulate, retest and follow the label.

Why does CYA change the LSI?

Part of total alkalinity is cyanurate, not carbonate. LOADLESS subtracts about a third of your CYA from TA before calculating the saturation index.

Which error codes does the lookup cover?

Common messages from Hayward AquaRite and Pentair IntelliChlor salt chlorinators, Pentair IntelliFlo variable-speed pumps, and a generic heater ignition or no-heat fault. Always confirm in the manufacturer's manual; where a check involves the electrical supply, bring in a licensed electrician.

Put the load down.

The goal isn't more software. It's less work sitting in your head after the route.
